What do we provide?

For all of our tours, we provide snorkels, masks, US Coast Guard approved life-jackets, one cooler with ice, and bottled water. Please bring all snacks, food, beverages, any extra coolers, sunscreen, towels, and any other water accessories that are not listed above.

What happens if a member of our party gets seasick?

In the event that someone gets sick, we can turn around and head back. However, there are no refunds due to these events.

What is Swim & Sea's cancellation policy?

Cancellations prior to 48 hours will be 100% refunded. Cancellations 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50%. Any cancellations after 24 hours will not be refunded.

Unforeseen Weather

Weather is beyond our control. If the conditions are not safe, the captain reserves the right to cancel any and all trips. If this does happen, we will try our best to accommodate your party on a different day where the weather is permitting. If we cannot accommodate your party due weather circumstances, a full refund will take place. 

Late Arrival

If your party is more than 30 minutes late to arrival, the captain reserves the right to cancel your trip without a refund.
